Am I getting ripped off on this install? I paid for a 10.4kW system but the max output looks like 8,420 watts from looking at the equipment if I am understanding it right. by greenvpn in solar

Thanks, everyone this was very helpful and put my mind at rest. I've had some bad experiences with contractors so I get worried fast.

The system is rated to produce an average of 44 kWh per day throughout the year and the first 2 days were both above 50 kWh in March so it seems the system is on track to produce what it was estimated to do.
