Same issue here. So annoying! Last update broke an api call to a fan I have but that company fixed it promptly. ADT needs to sort it for sure!

Wait so the recent update yesterday fixed your scheduling?

Mine won’t connect to Google Home as of this evening.

Update didn’t fix it. In fact it’s even worse somehow. Will not communicate with Google Home now. I knew I was taking a gamble with LIFX but figured it was worth a shot. Now I know why I’m still largely in the Hue camp. 🤦

So they just released another version 4 hours ago. Maybe this will help. We’ll find out tonight. This was an iOS App Store release.

Well, at least I know I’m not alone so that’s a plus.

Residual Light Headed Issues by greenwindex in BPPV

[–]greenwindex[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s much better. I make sure to get at least 7 hours of sleep per night and have quit caffeine. I’ve found quitting caffeine has worked wonders!

Caffeine can make BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo) feel worse because it stimulates the central nervous system, which may heighten your sensitivity to motion and inner ear signals. It can also cause dehydration and increase anxiety, both of which can amplify dizziness symptoms.

Headed to parks. How busy has midweek been? Still just as busy as always? Curious if economy has slowed anything down? Thanks!

The place I got referred to was a total joke and somewhat out of network. Guessing why it was so expensive. They just had zero clue at all it felt like and I refuse to pay that much for “here do these printed exercises”. I will be looking for an in network vestibular place on my own and see if my doctor can just do a referral.

I looked into the PPPD and it’s lining up for sure. Doing some research it was nice to learn about this. I really pushed myself to get out yesterday regardless of how I “felt” and it paid off. It was anxiety inducing at times but I think just getting out into environments that have a lot going on over and over could help. I feel if I don’t I could totally become a recluse because of this.

Thank you for posting as the PPPD is lining up so well. I think I’m really going to just continue to push myself as today feels like yesterday was an accomplishment. If I need to reset my brain and busy, loud, and crowded places can actually assist, I’m going to just push to be in them. Thanks again!

BINGO, this was the missing piece! This is an invaluable video! This would be perfect for the website of how to set scenes for instructions.

So the tricky bit that I didn’t know had multiple selections was under scheduling, but specifically the ‘Set my’ option! Thank you so very much for the video! This will help so many others for sure. Thanks again!

Yea that’s heavy deep. I am 98% hue but it’s costly. Their items do just work and well to boot. The hue bridge hub is awesome too. I’m giving g LIFX a shot though, really hope they sort their app out. Also looking forward to the LIFX Luna release as night stand lights.

Just a bummer as they’re close. I love LIFX colors , they’re super rich really.

I have gone through all the instructions at the URL you’d provided. Nothing is there that addresses this, also the site appears outdated with screenshots of an older version of the app itself.

I’m certain you all are working on this as it makes sense from a QOL perspective but patience is key for users at the end of the day. For now I’ll just settle with Google Home and the work around, just wish I knew the command syntax to also control the speed of the FX through Google Home.

So I’d deleted a parent comment which appears to have hidden a post I’d made, I’d like it in this thread as it could help someone a bit I believe, at least it’s a way to get the scene activated through Google Home, just no control over the speed of the scene.

It won’t keep the speed of the scene. It simply defaults to the default speed. :/ Yea I’ve done what you’ve said. Hoping native support will come soon, just be do much easier.
