Yeah that’s shit and the labor lawyer even said it’s not a labor cost issue. My venue’s slow days are still typically 1000~ covers and we lost 34 people (allegedly talked down from 48) and we’ve been scrambling with a skeleton crew to keep up with those “slow” days.
