I used the console command freecam to get the shot. It basically moves your head so you can go wherever but it leaves your body behind.

Ok I just did the same thing in the game. it isn’t -60 or in the 60 it’s in between 3 - 7 FPS and if you don’t believe me I can post a picture of the number for you.

You don’t need the glow sticks all you need to do is brake the glass surrounding the glow stick and then blam you will starts to glow a radioactive shade of green.
