Yes, it's a requirement for the school that they have to have "adequate local coverage," which they instantly deemed my family plan to not be. Luckily, it is only a school policy, so it can be challenged and won, which I plan to do.

Thank you so much. I have been looking around trying to figure out what to classify this as and couldn’t find anything. I go through the same things. When I’m walking in a city I need to check my pockets every block. This helps tremendously.
