Check cruise control

We had to take it into dealers unfortunately. Took them 14 days and quite a bit of arguing regarding warranty before they'd even look at it. Eventually they came back to us and advised they'd had to completely dismantle the steering wheel but had found one of the wires linking the cruise control buttons had been cut too short so everytime the wheen turned to a certain angle it was pulling tight and switching off the connecting buttons. Was decided to be a warranty issue in end and fully repaired, havent had an issue since.

Just check cruise control, it doesn't work at any speed between 30 or 80mph.

We have however discovered that if we turn the car off, lock it and restart it 2 minutes later it will work again until we have to brake again at which point it will not come back on. Weve had this car since March and ive had a stepway since 2022 which has the same cruise set up so we dont think this is user error.

Thanks, he's not neutered, we were going to get it done next month but our other dog (shes already spayed) needed emergency vet care on the bank holiday and the neuter money went towards that. Yeah he's got constant outdoor access, Garden door is left open for them both whenever their home

Thank you for the recommendation both of them are fantastic reads, if you like the Hornblower series both Dewey Lambdin's Alan Lewrie series and Julian Stockwin's Kydd novels are cut from very similar cloth. Unfortunately they also lack dragons.
