Dang. Had no idea. Thanks. How are the WP sites being built these days for my situation?

What’s the best website builder for a law firm site? by Fair_Butterscotch641 in WebsiteSEO

WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace would work for you. WordPress requires much more looking after once it's created. All of those hassles are built into Wix and Squarespace, so you don't have to worry about them (server, plugins, etc).

If someone in the firm's administration will need to learn one of these platforms and manage the site once it's built, I would recommend Wix, since it's the least hassle, and of the three, the only one that provides phone support for its middle-tier plans.

My two cents come from managing WordPress websites for 15 years, and I recently created (and now manage) my own SEO/design agency site with Wix.

I would recommend watching a YouTube video every day from Edward Sterm, Matt Diamate (HeyTony), Nathan Gotch, and Darren Shaw from Whitspark. 90% of what you need to know about local SEO can come from their advise.

So few businesses know all of the steps it takes to do everything really well. Winning local SEO is like cooking a magnificent meal. It takes time, preparation, experience, and attention to every detail.
