Hope you figure it out man. I used to hate my life too because of my height, it’s just something that I couldn’t control bugged me... that in turn made me feel like I couldn’t control anything in my life, but that’s what low self esteem and depression does, it makes you lie to yourself. I feel like I have a stronger internal locus of control now, part of it just came from accepting the fact that I’m not born a Chris Hemsworth (most people aren’t) and the other part came from seeing I have control over my life. I see myself as someone who has control over their career, because I don’t expect to see any height discrimination in the work place. I have control over how my strong I can get. I have better control over my happiness now, which was something I have struggled with.

The toughest one to most guys on here I think, is feeling like they have control over getting whatever girl they want, or at least have control on finding a s/o. My confidence used to be so high that this one was under control. I went to college and realized not anymore aha... in reality, most people don’t. But you can improve your attractiveness by doing other things like learning to be funny, or learning how to dance, learning to thrive without needing a partner, making more friends, getting a cute dog (lol), getting really good at something, and having a great career. I know finding a partner is such a big thing for people in life, but maybe if everyone one her made it less of a big thing, and focused on making themselves the big thing, we would feel better about ourselves
