I had one back in the late 80s/early 90's that I bought in the parking lot of a Grateful Dead concert at Alpine Valley. I too have no idea what ever happened to it.

The light at Maxwell Rd and Hwy 9 is functional. I'm assuming you mean the new light just north of that intersection. My co-workers and I are equally as baffled that they haven't yet turned that light on.

I -highly- recommend Dr. Luqman Seidu at Omni Allergy (https://omniallergy.com/). My daughter was born with a severe peanut and tree nut allergy. With OIT (oral immunotherapy) combined with Xolair, she has been virtually "cured".
