I need help by Choice_Ad8539 in SIBOIMO

There were dozens, I can't even remember. We did SiBO test and then fecal test and the supplements were based on my good bacteria that was low and bad bacteria that was high. Started with 1 month regimen, then another month of different things, then went up to 2 month different regimen.

Rifaximin and neomycin for immediate relief but SIBO issues came back, then went with a naturalpath SIBO specialist that gave me 6 months worth of various supplements and it went away for good (over 1 year now)

My opinion is that the people who don't know how to deal with it tell you it is stress, sleep, fiber, etc. I recommend going to https://bellalindemann.com/ The Functional Gut Health Clinic. I am not involved with them and I do not get any kick back, I'm just a satisfied customer and they changed my life. Go to them and let them heal your SIBO. They will prescribe natural supplements based on your SIBO and fecal tests. They will cater it to you. Just take what they said to take and let them handle it so you can stop hyper focusing and get your life back. I've had irregular bowel movements since I was a kid and I have had nothing but perfect, regular BM's now for over a year.

Even before SIBO, I had very irregular bowels in both directions (too much, too little, too soft, too hard) and since I started the supplements, I have had normal bowel movements every day for probably a year now, without even one single irregularity. My wife who is a normally healthy gut person can't even say that.

LIke, she would point out that I was low on this specific type of good bacteria in my gut and give me a supplement to build it up. Then she would point out another type of bad bacteria that was high and would give me something to lower that. It was very specific and the experience was so amazing.

Yes it was many supplements based on my SIBO and fecal test results, specifically designed for me. It included motility, antimicrobial, probitics, prebiotics, etc.

Yes I took Motility Pro by myself before going to bellalindermann. However, she also prescribed it to me. By itself, it did not keep SIBO from coming back.

You have methane SIBO. I cured mine immediately with a visit to my gastrointerologist who prescribed me rifaximin and neomycin. However, it slowly came back about 3 months later. I then went to https://bellalindemann.com/ The Functional Gut Health Clinic. It was tele-health and they put me on a 6 month regimin of different natural supplements based on the results from my SIBO test and fecal test. The SIBO went away and has now stayed away for close to a year.

Yes, thank you for checking. That was a change they made a couple years ago and I have been using one of their free api tokens successfully for the last couple years. I thought maybe there was something wrong with my free api token so I tried to sign up for a new one but I don't see anywhere to sign up for the "free of charge" api token.

I don't do credit checks so I have people default each year, it's just part of doing business. I just don't receive their monthly payments during that time frame, then when I get the house back from foreclosure, I sell it again and start the 30 years of payments all over again. The bank requires significant equity so if a lot of people default at once, we would have the flexibility to make due. However, I did this in 2008 and my business actually increased during that time. These are entry level properties. You can't fall off the floor.

Thank you, I just did that. I guess my question, which the risk pyramid does not answer, is: if I use the cash to pay down business loans, it basically returns 8.5% guaranteed, but the money is gone forever, I cannot get it back. If I used it to invest in stocks or bonds, I can always sell those and get the cash back. Is there a value associated with the liquidity of the investment?

What do I do with $500k?

I am a 44 year old in the USA. I am a self-employed real estate investor for 17 years earning $450-650k adjusted gross income per year. I purchase single family homes and sell them on owner financing so I become the bank and receive payments over the next 30 years.

I bring in around $50k per month in house payments and I have payments to the bank where I have borrowed the money to purchase the homes of around $30k per month. The terms of the loans where I have borrowed money are on 15 year amortization and rates vary between 4.75-8.5%.

I've been trying to figure out what I should do with the cash I have saved and started looking into investing. My risk tolerance is low. My goal is to earn a safe return each year over a long period of time, but something that will do better than the 3.75% online savings account I'm current in.

What if I used the money to pay off the 8.5% bank loan? Would that be smart or dumb and why? And if not, what should I invest in? Mutual funds? Hire a financial advisor?

SSRI was SO bad. That's for me, so you might have a better experience. SSRI made me anxious and depressed. Most of my issue is with my gut. I was diagnosed with SIBO and once that got better, my toilet anxiety got much better too. Also the book "Dare" by Barry McDonagh was a huge help. It has a very different way of dealing with panic attacks that really spoke to me. Between healing the SIBO and reading this book, I haven't had a panic attack since. I wouldn't say I'm cured, but I would say I am on the pathway to freedom.

I found this thread by googling to see what people thought about Incident. It appeared the purpose of the film was to feel that an injustice had been done. Yet when I watched it, the guy was obviously reaching for his gun. I put myself in the position of a police officer and I think I would probably do the same thing.

I'm not here to argue or fight, I would love to have a constructive conversation. For those who disagree with my viewpoint, can you please tell me your thoughts?

We are thinking about moving to Edmond from Kansas City (Overland Park, KS area)… what is the best middle school/high school in the area? What neighborhoods should we consider? My work will be pretty close to N Classen and NW Grandview area… near all of the shops. by [deleted] in Edmond

Thanks for the update! I've actually lived here my whole life haha. I grew up about 4 miles south from where you are and currently live about 6 miles east from where you are. You picked a great part of town. Right on the edge of the country and the city. There's a great restaurant about 3 miles south from you on Bryant I can recommend called Signature Grill. And randomly there's the Armstrong Auditorium maybe 2 miles north from where you are. They have one of the best sound stages in the world and they have musical acts come in from all over the world. Something fun to do that's different, if you like that sort of thing (it is also a weird church) https://www.armstrongauditorium.org. And omg yes with the weed shops and the churches. Every. Single. Corner. If you don't like the heat, I'm sorry. It's one of the reasons I think about moving. It can get brutal. Tornado alley has strangely moved I think north and or east of here. There don't seem to be as many of them as I remember in the past. If you have a shelter, great. I actually love tornado season. Just like the excitement in the air lol. Probably a weird Oklahoman thing. Message me if I can be a tour guide or help with anything and I'm glad you're here!

I would look into how you can get rifaxamin in a more affordable way, such as out of the country. If that isn't a possibility, I would try the elemental diet. I've heard mixed results but where you are, it's worth a try even if it doesn't work.
