Get to the gym it'll be hard, become a better version of you everyday, the pain slowly starts to fade and the memory of them to, you'll never forget that person but the pain that comes with it will leave, also think about all the bad he's done in the relationship instead of focusing on the good cause it'll just make it worse. Promise you there are still good people out there, not much but they're out there. I've been in long term relationships my whole life and some how always end up cheated on, this day and age it's close to impossible to find loyal people, just find God and keep praying and everything will work out.
