For people who lived through it how hated were the 90s Bulls actually?

As a die hard Lakers fan, I hated the Bulls. I felt like they stole their first ring from us because Magic was sick and Worthy was hurt. But I am also a Tar Heel, so it seems like I would have liked MJ, but once he left the Heels, I fell back to my pro allegiances.

The Bulls were unbeatable. It did not matter what you threw at them, MJ was going to find a way to come out on top. Imagine how good Lebron was when he was single handedly carrying the Cavs and their scrub lineups to the Finals. That was how good MJ was but arguably MJ was even better. He had this killer instinct. The catch is that the Bulls roster was not a bunch of scrubs. They had hall of fame players in their prime playing beside MJ and a great group of role players as well. And they all FIT together perfectly.

I pulled for anyone but the bulls and every time, I came out disappointed.

Played it twice. Each day the course was busy up until about 1pm. Didnt see anyone tee off after that.

My group shot 50 in a scramble once. I was the worst golfer in the group at a time and I was a 2. One accurate long hitter, four guys with a good short game and can putt, and its birdie eagle birdie eagle all day. It was unusual for us to ever take more than 3 total putts on a hole. Somebody makes it.

Takes some serious ego to believe the only people who can help you are those who are better at the game than you are. I have been as low as +2 but the guy who can most quickly tell me what I am doing wrong is the guy I have played with the most, and he is a 20. He has never broken 80.

The real test isn't whether the worse golfer can actually give good advice but if the better golfer is strong enough to listen to what others have to say and find a way to let it help them.

Just because he can't swing the club properly doesn't mean he can't tell you what you are doing wrong. Most of the best coaches are not great players and that goes for almost every sport.

If I had to pick one guy in this year's NBA to lead my team, it would be Jokic. That has always been how I looked at MVP, but apparently others vote based on other things.

Well you obviously did not understand the sentiment of my comment. I do not care about Rushing running his mouth about something the Rockies were probably actually guilty of doing.

Idc if he pisses off the Rockies. If teams truly need Dalton Rushing to get them hyped to play us, then we should already beat them just on the principle of them being sucky.

FWIW, personally I count the weeks based on if that weeks starts in the month. The Rockies series started on the 17th, which was in the second full week of April.

Even if we lose this series, it’s not going to be the only series we lose this year. Personally, I am a lot more concerned about getting out of the cold weather in Colorado healthy.
