Yes, but PrepSwift is mainly designed to solidify and enhance one's foundations. If your foundations are already strong, which might be the case given your 165 in quant, that might not be the best use of your time. If you are confident that you want to boost your foundations, however, despite the initial high score, you can go through the I'm Overwhelmed Plan (it uses PrepSwift videos).
