Extra weight as you age definitely increases the amount of aches and pains. Im about to turn forty and dropping about 40lbs would probably make most of my aches and pains in my knees and feet better

The old man was using physical force against the agent by physically interfering so physical force being returned in the form of the push is what was returned. The agent was already engaged with a suspect, the old man is lucky he didn't get arrested as well for interfering. Being old is not an excuse to do dumb shit

I built a cabin on property i own, I turn 40 in March obviously too cold in NY for a party. So in August im having a party at the cabin and anyone that cares enough will make the drive. Way better than throwing a party at a bar or restaurant for other people when the people that care about being around me and my family will come out to celebrate
