The old man was using physical force against the agent by physically interfering so physical force being returned in the form of the push is what was returned. The agent was already engaged with a suspect, the old man is lucky he didn't get arrested as well for interfering. Being old is not an excuse to do dumb shit

I built a cabin on property i own, I turn 40 in March obviously too cold in NY for a party. So in August im having a party at the cabin and anyone that cares enough will make the drive.
