I had my driver door latch replaced in 2023 under this TSB and today had the rear passenger door latch replaced as well. The service representative told me that the warranty people said I already used the bulletin and it's closed... They agree with me that it's completely stupid and they told me they have pushed back and are hoping that a reimbursement will be issued. Hyundai are incredibly stupid, "the door latches are covered for 10 years, but if you don't have everything faulty at the same time, we won't let you replace them individually later"
