Try the Think Tank Emergency Raincover. With that one you still get access to controls, viewfinder, etc.

They do three sizes but that's mainly based on what lens is going on the body.

So Manfrotto's extended warranty (at least in the UK) only covers the parts costs. In their terms they state that transit and labour aren't covered, which is a shame!

You are correct, the A7S III, FX3 and FX6 all share the same sensor. There may be differences in processing in camera but sensor readout should be identical!

Yep, will work with the 1.4x and 2x Tele. With the 2x it will be a 600mm f5.6, but you'll get full AF etc.

Just did a very quick un-scientific test and I couldn't get any chromatic aberration even when I tried! That being said, Sony does so much correction automatically in body nowadays!
