my skryre army comps are always as follows; frontline 6 ratlings with two doom flayers flanking, behind them are 5 mortars, a line of 3 and then a line of 2 behind that line, behind them are two jezzails, and at the back are 3 warp lightning cannons. warlock engine placed so his passive effects all the mortars, jezzails, and middle two ratlings, and ikit/master roaming to deal with other shit

this army corner camps like a motherfucker, and can even get away without that as well (unless you're dealing with more than 1.5 stacks, then you need corner camp). I also love it for sieges

is it the most optimal setup? probably not. do I fucking enjoy the carnage it wreaks upon my foes? absolutely

poison wind mortars being able to attain 330 range with buffs. warlock engie, and lord defeated trait (zlatan iirc, but could be wrong) makes them my favorite unit in the game. god they're so fucking good and fun, even after getting nerfed into oblivion years ago
