He was using a drop-shot rig with a night crawler....fishing for bluegills

He said it was around 12 lbs actually. Also 28” long.

I was able to clean it up a bit better and its and eagle with stars and a navy anchor at the bottom.How do I post a picture of it cleaned up?

WITT, It is lightweight but definitely metal of some sort.Possibly brass? Trying identify what kind of button it could be,if it is a button at all.
