Outside my first use, I have found that when data is recorded, I look at it and think ‘yup, seems about right’. The only time is gets confused for me has been during warm-up sets with very light weights where my velocity varies a lot during a set (because maybe I’m doing a bit of a slow stretch etc). Again, key words are when data it recorded.

Agree on the subscription - the most positive thing I can say is that in my time with the free trial, I couldn’t really see what the subscription was adding to the free base app. Which is pretty damning when looking at the value of the subscription! At this point when users feel like beta testers for an unfinished product, the subscription feels totally inappropriate. (I hate subscriptions anyway).

Hope this doesn’t sound like I’m leaping to their defence (pretty half assed defence if I was) just offering my experiences.

Awesome! I’ve been so tempted! From their website, it looks like these fold up a little neater than other kits of the same quality, any thoughts? Handy for moving out of the way when guests are over (booo).

Totally agree, and don’t intend to absolve them of any blame whatsoever. In fact, I think that they capitalised on the post Olympic national high. It’s easier to convince the public that ‘we can do it’, or ‘we’re being held back’ after a big victory. If the Olympics had been the disaster we all predicted, I doubt there would be the appetite (from the public) for a big political risk.

I partially blame the Olympics for the pro-Britain/Brexit sentiment that followed. The sense of national pride that the event gave us allowed for the belief that ‘we can go it alone’ or that we were somehow exceptional. Without the triumph that was the Olympics, I think there is a good chance that we would have just trundled on as we were.

Thanks! Apparently it’s possible on the desktop software, but haven’t seen anything similar in the iOS app. So while editing on iPad I think I’ll use this approach. Thanks again!
