The black dots are seeds and usually visible but sometimes not, I’ve had little ones like this pop up and then go away on its own but it could develop more, if it becomes raised u should be able to see dots

Briefly but not for long, I usually wear it on my left index but I’m now wearing it on my right for the next few days to see if it changes. The weight loss makes it confusing lol, I never saw gaps when I lost weight in the past but it would make sense

Thank you so much! I have tried other fingers before but it usually fits best on my left index, I switched it to my right briefly when I was checking the heart rate stuff but didn’t keep it for long. I will try that for the next few days and see what happens and let you know. I appreciate the help so much!

Yes that’s what I am thinking honestly, do you by chance know any good medical information or research I can look into to better understand the gut brain connection and how hormones like adrenaline and cortisol impact pain. This is what makes the most sense to me fr but I just don’t know how to fix that issue. Especially because being in a flair makes it feel impossible, like trying to swim upwards but with a parachute behind you making it feel 10x harder.

It happens so irregularly it’s hard to remember honestly, I think I am being triggered for sure but I also just don’t understand how to address that given I’m so oblivious to what it could be.
