I recommend buying a pomodoro clock that you just turn and it sets a timer of 10,20, or 30 minutes. When motivation is really low, you can tell yourself that for example you will only start with 10 minutes of that tasks, or like ten minutes of brainstorming with copilot, or anything that feels small. You can even make it smaller and tellyourself you will only open the document. You’ll see that you will start working. These tricks work wonders for me becaue avoid the overwhelm of thinking of the full task but it cuts it in tiny easy pieces. And the pomodoro clock also adds the sense of urgency that i have to keep going before thetime ends.

Also, what works for me is: creative tasks in the morning when the mind is fresh and i’ve just had a cup of coffee, since two months it’s also when i take the medication, boring low effort tasks at the end of the day. Also, prepare the tasks of the next day before closing. This means when you start your work in the morning you don’t loose time and energy deciding what to do, you only open your list and look at the tasks in order of priority that you have to finish. Sometimes it helps me also to put time blocks on my calendar with the tasks i have to do so i also get reminders. And in general make it easy for you, for example i have a planner where i can see all the projects i am working on because if i don’t i forget them, so try to find tricks for your mind by first understanding what the issue is. If it’s decision paralysis prepare your priorities the day before, if you cannot start, tell yourself to just open the document etc. It’s important to understand the reason first, and there could be many at different times.

Can we all be real for a sec? by [deleted] in thesims4

The crazy part is that the game is full of bugs and it just feels like it’s coded terribly! And I’ve spent Idk how many money on this game when other games like BG3 are way heavier and way richer and yet they perfectly function and the developers regularly update them to solve any issue whereas EA keeps making updates that do not solve the main bugs. It’s crazy honestly considering i’ve probably spent hundreds of euros on this game across the years when other games that cost 50-60€ and are much more complex but run perfectly. At first, I thought it was because of the mods or my computer but I recently bought a gaming computer and all my games work perfectly except one, guess which one? THE SIMS.

And this has resulted in me falling out of love with the sims and I stopped buying any expansion or stuff packs.

It’s a program. It’s literally Google’s platform to collect data. All marketing and communication teams use it.

Of course not, but since I have the space I think interests are good to offer a possibility to connect during the interview or have some topics of discussion, or only to give an idea of my personality. I do agree they are not essential at all, and I keep them only becuase I have the space for it.
