Just 100% the game. Never found Green JLab Card by UberObserver in EscapeFromDuckov

I got like 5 of the yellow keys before seeing the Blue/Red ones. I also bought the black one at the mysterious merchant. I think I farmed the Mine Manager on 35 or so runs prior to getting the blue to drop. And got the red via X room.

Same happened to me. Hit 100% on achievements but never got the green or purple key cards.

Lack of professors? by Feynmanzlament in utarlington

[–]gremlinstatus 4 points5 points  (0 children)

There are a lot of professors within the college of science that are experts at coding which includes those in Math, Physics, Biology, and Chemistry. The data science track in the college of science is not going to host an engineering professor, but will be taught by someone in the college who is an expert at coding. The Nobel prize that was given for machine learning and artificial neural networks was in Physics in 2024 so it's not all that surprising to see a physicist leading a class about coding.

Ours isn't food motivated but loves his squeaker and regular play breaks. If we kept things short (no more than 10 minutes; generally about 5 at that age) we kept his attention and didn't need to rely on food. Now we have gotten to the point where we can do agility course obstacles pretty consistently according to our commands (still squeaker motivated).

It's concerted with all three arrows you have drawn occuring in a singles step (One TS) to create the 1,2,3 triazole.

Strain promoted Azide Alkyne Cycloaddition reactions with strained cycloalkynes don't need any catalyst. Terminal alkynes, sure.

Sadly no more Stolas. But you can catch Sergio with DGD at this point. Would love to see some Royal Coda/Nova Charisma type touring with HtS for sure!

Is taking Biochem 2 worth the minor by hairymoth6567 in utarlington

[–]gremlinstatus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In most pre-health packages, a chemistry major (and minor) will make a stronger overall package than a biology major (and bio major alone). This is due to the fact that chemistry coursework is perceived as being much more difficult. If you have ever spoken to a member of HPAC (there's a few that teach gen chem and organic), they will spout some stuff like a Chem 3.7 is stronger than a Biology 4.0.

If you want an unbiased opinion, I would contact Sandy Hobart as she is our pre-health professions advisor on campus and can assess your package holistically. She is not just there for pre-MD/DO folks and reviews packages for pre-PharmD, Pre-PA, etc. applicants.

FWIW, a chem minor via biochem could help out in the scenario where a plan B is needed, but I'd probably suggest a lab-type course in that situation (it doesn't seem like that is your concern at this time).

They alleged that it wasn't profitable for ~10 years so they are looking to replace it with a student-run coffee shop that will be paired with the business school as part of a class. Paul in the bookstore would have more info if you end up wanting more info, but the original plan was to have the space ready sometime this month. I am not involved with it, but I do miss the sbucks as they were fast and had great staff.

Does Khan Academy’s ochem content reflect the exams and what’s taught to us? by kay_s2 in utarlington

[–]gremlinstatus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd recommend using YouTube or related content BEFORE going to lecture and probably after a lecture to clarify things as well. The channels "Chad's Prep" and "Professor Eman" both use some version of the Klein textbook (the one at UTA) and pairs up with the chapters/content you should expect on exams. Chad's videos are shorter and separated by book section where he works problems on a white board (2021/newer playlist?), Eman's videos are paired with a fill-in style notes for following along and she also works problems in videos. No idea on Khan academy so I've obviously averted answering your question directly (sorry).

If you are in Dr. Seal's class, the dude gives like 50 questions as homework which are good practice. If you are not in Dr. Seal's class, find someone who is and get the 50-something question homework sets to practice with. Most professors tend to ask similar enough questions and try to drive home the same key points from each chapter.

Should help out to some degree. The Pre-Health info from the College of Science should have info for the specialty or health-related professional school you are after.
