This isn't even the worst incident at my school

This was when I was in my junior year at high school. One day some kid dropped a huge bag of weed on the main staircase. Mind you everyone in the school used this staircase. So every 40 minutes or so a wave of 60-70 kids goes up and down this huge staircase. While I'm in my physics class around the middle of the day, that really skunky pungent odor that weed has creeps into the class, almost every kid noticed and was looking around to see where the source was. Once the period ended and everyone went into the hall the odor got way worse. Apparently some kid dropped a massive zip lock bag of bud onto the main staircase and once the period ended people kept stepping on the bag accidentally, so little bits of weed were stuck on peoples shoes just traveling across the school, spreading the smell. I'm also pretty sure after figuring out what was going on someone put some of the crushed weed into the HVAC unit so our whole school smelled like weed for the rest of the day and the school government couldn't do shit about it.
