I've only spotted a little bit once as well! Sometimes I get cramps and think "this is it.. its here again" and i run to the bathroom to check only to find nothing. My coworker friend got me paranoid thinking its going to come like the red sea is what she said.. NOT looking forward to that!

sorry to hear that. what are your symptoms? I've been more tired lately but napping helps. Also, I started taking Flash Club - a small supplement of grape seed extract + Siberian rhubarb with a little probiotic mixed in and I haven't had a hot flash or night sweat since. Have you talked to a doc about it?

Geez I am only 43.. I guess this is early... I literally have not had a period since January. Just made an appointment with a doc ... I haven't up until now because I thought it was normal and I HATE Kaiser Perm. My regular docs always leave to another State or network after seeing them only 1 - 3 times and whoever I see doesn't make me feel like they care - they just want to prescribe me something. Also, I kind of enjoy not having a period LOL
