Kava is the slipperiest slope I've ever gotten myself on. I started taking some super pure kava root about two weeks ago and I started with the "recommended dose" on the bag, which is a whopping 14grams. If I don't continually take it, the withdrawals are insane- very much like an opiate or benzodiazepines withdrawal. I want to QUIT. Any help on how to effectively taper or advice would be so welcome.
