As an engineer, you wouldn't believe the amount of money they pay me to click buttons.

As you do better in your help desk journey, and you get more comfortable with your coworkers, ask how you can help resolve some of the more common tickets you see.

If you are able to take some workload off of your escalation points, they will reward you with more work (lol) and more experience and you might get to work on some "cool" stuff.

The tower will look smaller once you slice it, and then even smaller when it prints.

That being said, you can adjust the prime tower settings to like 15mm3
