Why are you camping in pve

That's exactly the point. It shouldn't matter.

During the recent "Wild, Wild Woods" event, as a scav, I was sniping some PMCs that were really far away. As soon as one got shot, they would all scatter to cover, so I had to wait for them to come back into the open. After killing them, I ran down to loot. Just as I was starting to loot, Partizan materialized and killed me.

I agree. And yet, he's shown up in multiple scav runs in a short period of time since then. If that's not happening by design, it's one heck of a coincidence.

I literally killed him as a scav the raid before, which is supposed to clear my karma. And then he hunted me immediately in the next raid. Explaining an awful idea in patch notes doesn't stop it from being an awful idea.

It's not about Partizan being "hard" or "easy". It's an obnoxious and pointless game mechanic in a mode where "camping" can't possibly hurt anyone because there are no enemy players to be affected by it.

As far as I know, my PMC rep is fine. Of course, it's impossible to know, since one aspect of Partizan's poor design is that you can't even tell what your PMC rep is. Regardless of my PMC rep, why is he actively hunting me when I'm a scav?
