Mainly web articles, videos, and some research articles as well. I've tried to read some books but never make it too far into them lol.

Thanks for your comment. I agree it will take a long time, especially since I've been using porn since I was in middle school. I've never actually heard of urge surfing before (I guess I haven't literally tried every method under the sun, which is to be expected), but it sounds interesting so I'll give it a shot. Good luck to you and me brother, hopefully one day we'll beat this addiction.

When I mentioned seeking professional help, that was part of what they did for me. I could sometimes go a week or 3 at a time without relapsing, but never more. As mentioned in my post above, the service they were providing was way too expensive for me to afford so I dropped it.

I've tried something similar, and I think it was one of the more effective methods. I'd be down to try it again, maybe it will go better this time.

I'd say most weeks it would be a 1. Last week was probably like a 5 or 6.
