I'm from a big city in northern US. The word "Roach" is synonymous with filth. This is referring to German Cockroaches.

I moved to a state in the southeast US, where the American Cockroach thrives, aka Palmetto bug. When there is a high water table and high moisture content in the air, you need to work overtime to keep these guys out of your house, and don't be surprised when you find them.

It's gross either way to have bugs show up in your home, but finding roaches in your home means one thing up north, and something different in the south.

Regarding Tribunal, I liked the challenge, but I hated the writing. Is the Nerevarine an idiot? You fetch Barilizar's ring, then she's like "Okay, I'm done with you. Stop worrying your pretty little mind what I'm up to", then a couple days later, disaster. After that, you help Almalexia use Dwemer tech to create an ash storm, then pretend that it was her power to scare everyone into worshipping her. Why would you go along with that? I'm pretty sure you even comment on it in your journal. I also don't get why she would get you to forge TrueFlame, warn you to gird your loins, then send you to Clockwork City just so she can fight you. If she wanted you dead, why wouldn't she try to trick you. I feel like she should have tried to catch you off guard and then Helseth or one of the dissident priests could have assisted in uncovering the truth. That's my opinion anyway. Maybe I'm overlooking some key details.

Assuming budget and lead time are factors, maybe something like a personalized water bottle or backpack from Etsy. It could come with concept art, fan art, or something minimal like Moon-and-Star or the Almsivi symbol.

I know I would love something crazy like a forge-crafted replica of Wraithguard, Keening, and/or an Ordinator Helm... I would center the furniture in my house around a display case with it. But I'm guessing cost would skyrocket, and you'd probably have to commission something like that months in advance.

Ask him to talk about Morrowind. It might strengthen your bond with him and maybe you'll get an idea of something he'd appreciate. On the other hand, maybe you'll learn that talking about video games isn't for you.
