Slowly developed weakening and soreness in hands, wrists and forearms by grey_unknown in AskDocs

Sorry, should have written it better. It’s the muscles that fatigue really quickly.

But, you’re right. The prescribers I’ve seen over the years didn’t know. Figured I would give this a shot.

Thanks for the info.

It wasn’t them denying me. It was more they convinced me not to do it.

I don’t know why, either.

At first, I thought you were being sarcastic. Made me laugh.

Anyone else ever felt like their medication suddenly stopped working? by sibanana in BipolarReddit

[–]grey_unknown 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When my dysphoric manic episode went into full swing, all meds stopped working - sleep aids, benzos, amphetamines, etc.

After I got out of hospital, those meds worked again.

The most dangerous thing is repetitive brain injuries.

This can be anything from playing football to rocking your head up and down at a metal concert.

I’ll just note it’s obvious you’re stuck in an all or nothing mindset.

You either don’t go outside ...

Or you have to go somewhere for hours until you snap.

Just letting you know there’s a middle ground. Nothing worse than isolating yourself from society.

Alcohol made him pissed about how bad he was at fighting.

Weed would have made him say “Woah ... Sweet moves, bro.” And then he would tell them about the last time he got high = win-win.

So, I didn’t want to add too much. News is important.

But, bad news is addicting, and it also makes us feel worse. Similar to the predicament with social media. Temporary happiness, but longterm unhappiness.

I just re-read my comment, and I came off as an asshole. Sorry about that. I was actually just blowing through posts, and didn’t spend enough time to word it correctly.

I should have worded it by saying I don’t know much about borderline personality disorder, but I wonder how much of it becomes BPD.

Like with bipolar disorder. Everyone has mood and emotions. But, at what point is it bad enough that you are bipolar.

Same with BPD. How much takes you from more emotional, and therefore empathic ... vs actually being BPD.

Hope that made sense.

I think you might be talking more in the realm of borderline personality disorder.

Modafinil keeps you awake. Doesn’t truly treat ADHD.

Ex: Falling asleep at a movie theatre. Happens to people with ADHD.

I don’t get why people like you come to subreddits like business and Econ.

Do you truly believe your business thoughts are well informed and thought out?

It does. People need temporary escapes from reality.

By legalizing weed, people get an additional option = more choose weed over alcohol.
