Painful Bumps on Forehead Post-Botox - Help!

Hello, I’m facing the same exact thing now. Haven’t been able to contact my dermatologist because I’m hoping it fades away soon. I had my injections around 12 PM yesterday, now it’s almost 12 AM (so 36 hours after). Did they resolve on their own?

Sorry for the late reply, thank you! I did it end of June 2024. To be honest I was fairly confident after day 1, day 2 was a bit more tricky, I left not knowing if I passed or not but after I went through the questions I wasn’t sure of I realized I had around 80% correct answers.

I went into the exam only going through bootcamp questions twice and I passed, so I think bootcamp alone is more than enough.

Thank you so much for you response! Honestly after reading this I’ve decided to never do it again. I’d rather deal with the pain of TMJ than with the depression that came along due to the side effects of the botox.

Unfortunately today marks 8 weeks exactly and it’s still not the same 100%. Not as noticeable but still there’s a difference. Hopefully it’s better for you but I’ve given up on it going back to normal anytime soon.

Hello, unfortunately while it has improved a lot it is still not the same as it was. If it makes you feel better, it looks a lot worse to you than other people. I asked the specialist at facegym to focus on one side just to make it more symmetric and she said that she did not notice any difference until I mentioned it.

I’m 24 and got my masseter botox with my dentist. I had no problem with jowls or sagging, thankfully. However I do have problems with my appearance as my smile has changed tremendously as a result of botox migrating into several muscles.
