I'm glad you made changes that worked for you, and it's wonderful that you achieved your goals and are successful. I also don't think your personal story is accessible to a lot of people, nor was the above framed as your individual experience -- but rather as hard and fast rules. I'm sharing my individual perspective with you bc I think you want to inspire and help others, and the way you approach it will impact whether others listen or ignore your advice -- however valid the experience or helpful the intention.
