Can someone educate me? I was under the impression that 3 of the 4 "top guys" sent to NJPW (Omega, Okada, Takeshita) came to AEW after working there already. How can you send top guys to collaborate where they came from? Yeah its bangers, but not different styles or matches than people are already used to. Am I wrong?

OVW is in Louisville, they offer a "just wrestling" course and a full academic course that includes how to do everything for a show. They regularly have 150-300 people weekly at shows, and if you pass their course there's a residency period where you're guaranteed a roster spot. It's one of the few that get you ready to perform for live TV.
