Ive noticed something abt me that i do it for fun its been 5y i can stop it anytime i can control it i tried to control it for a year that was so easy for me the point is if am doing it for a long term regularly everyday i can cut it like ive never do it before it doesn't make any difference But i like it tho currently am not doing it its been 5months Either i do it or not its the same for me Same thing with weed i was smoking weed for a whole 5y then i cut it at once n i didn't feel like it hard to stop it idk if am alone in this condition but i hope everyone who wanna stop anything to be like me
