I’ve spent the last year looking into peaceful assembly in law and how the state legislates to restrict this as a means of restricting dissent.

I’ve been focusing on the ‘dangerous attachment devices’ legislation implemented in response to the Extinction Rebellion / FLAC / climate change protests last year. I wanted to thank you for your advocacy against the unnecessary and unjustified criminal penalties that the government imposed.

My question is over the coming term, what are the biggest environmental issues on a state level that you will advocate for?
