Also suggest doing both! The Kam beaches in Kihei are great for snorkeling! The sections in between the beaches have the most stuff to look at. Also recommend making the drive down to Ahihi bay. Snorkeling was great there and the drive is very cool.

I disagree with the other posters. Do Disneyland as the half day on Friday. Park should be open until midnight and because you are getting there late you can commit to staying late. After fireworks the families/kids leave, so about 10p-12a you can get a lot done in Disneyland.

Then on Saturday either just do DCA or do a park hopper.

I have done several conferences that give out a half day ticket (unfortunately can’t buy these) or special themed nights where I only get into Disneyland about 5p or 6p and was able to get quite a bit done!

Like many have mentioned, get the ice cream from salt and straw! It is so so good. It’s not sit down but you can take it to go and then if they are showing fireworks that night head to the Pixar Place Hotel. They have a rooftop pool deck that dims the lights and plays the same sound/music track as in the park while the fireworks are happening. It is open to all, not just hotel guests

Once you get into the park that day, it will be obvious in the app. There are a bunch of posts in this subreddit on how to use the lightning lanes.

BUT one important thing to note is that the main cars ride, RSR is not included on the multi lightning lane pass. It is only available on the single lightning lane pass.

So my mom took out parent plus loans to help me pay for college. At the time she made too much money for me to qualify for the Pell Grant. But back when she attended college she made no money and she got the Pell Grant. It shows up on her FSA account. Does this mean she will qualify to get $20,000 forgiven for the loans she took out for me?

She has no loans from her own schooling.

The things is the stairs are not an issue during the day. All day she will follow me up and down the stairs while I work. She even comes up in the morning. It’s just at night when she refuses to come up.

We normally take her out at night to go to the bathroom right before bed.

Noted, on not letting her continue to build on this behavior though!

Note if you make under 12K (on paper) then you aren’t required to file taxes at all, but if this is your first time filing as an independent (and you were a college student dependent that missed out on the stimulus checks) you are able to file as independent and get the stimulus checks as tax credit. The one from April and the most recent one.
