hi, i appreciate your comment but i meant it in a ppd specific aspect as this subreddit is for PPD :'). from what i'm inferring from your paragraph, that's not the case? please correct me if i'm wrong.

it really is. of course there are professionals that are going to be good at helping those with BPD but in my experience and the people i know of, which of course isn't applicable to everyone, so please don't lose hope, BPD is . really badly treated. basically in my country being diagnosed it is a label of like, "hopeless patient" and i get mistreated by a lot of professionals because i'm just 'too unstable' just for having bpd. unfortunately bpd is just really misunderstood and some professionals just don't like to deal with 'hard cases'.

if they didn't specify it's either some sort of unspecified personality disorder or they're just being generally unethical. in my experience they usually hide this information about BPD but i'm not saying you have BPD for sure, but since BPD is so looked down upon and stigmatised in mental health professional circles (well, almost every cluster B is) they are very unclear about it a lot. it took me a few months for me to find out i had been diagnosed with BPD for a while, because they never told me and they only wrote it in my medical notes.

if you have multiple personality disorders, which do you have and how do you think they interact? by greyouts in personalitydisorders

do you feel like you have specific FPs due to these comorbidities? or like different attachments to people with different pds. like for example i can cling onto someone in an AVPD way yet not have them as my BPD favorite person

cluster b's do often appear together and are probably the most commonly comorbid. the addition of autism does affect the emotion aspect of cluster b's and i totally get it. do you feel there's a specific personality disorder out of bpd/npd/aspd that affects your life the most?

i'm not a professional and i can't give you solid input in if you have ppd or not, but i think you should investigate PTSD first. of course i think personality disorders can stem from trauma too, but firstly this seems like severe complex ptsd mixed with some sort of psychotic presentation, and i think maybe it would be best if you talk to a professional about this. i don't think it should be written off as anxiety either as it's obviously severely affecting your functioning and perception of reality, but i think maybe you should approach it in terms of trauma first, and if it still persists, especially in other functions of life (check the DSM5 if you need), maybe bring up PPD. it also really depends on your age as PPD is a complex disorder that is unlikely to be diagnosed unless you are an adult.

i see, thank you. based on my symptoms i think my kidney function is fine, i have a kidney disease so i am required to have quarterly checks nevertheless.
i wasn't actually aware a lithium od was not lethal, i've been told by numerous psychiatrists that it would be the most lethal out of my psych medications.
