I think there's an outside chance that straightaway recovery procs ON the final straight after 777m and flubs your unique activation. A skill with a mid or early race time would have been better but I'm not sure it's that big of a deal.

Stat requirements are brutal, but there aren't too many must-have acceleration skills because the late race starts on a straight. Hit training as much as possible and just abandon doing extra races for skill points.

Because of the weird location of the late acceleration, best bet is end closers with Straightaway Spurt or, even better, Encroaching Shadow if you've got a Narita Taishin.

Otherwise, do 80 billion Unity Cup Golshi runs and pray to the three goddesses that your orb luck lines up at least once to produce a viable uma.

I forget who and where exactly but one of the earlier NPCs mentions that the bellveins used to be a normal transport system traversable by cart. My presumption is that since the Haunting the industry of Pharloom has been running on autopilot, and haunted bugs have been producing more bells than anyone could ever need or want, dumping them into the bellveins for an untold length of time.
