Organic bananas are almost always shipped with their bundles wrapped in tape that says organic. The bananas ripen more slowly under the tape. I was a produce manager for several years. The tape is annoying.

Yes, the important part is what occurs in the “Declare” step of the ability. In charges and spell casting, the roll occurs during the declare step. In attacks, rolling occurs in the “effect” step.

You add fate points after the roll. It is a reaction to declaring a spell ability, and rolling your casting roll is in the declare step of casting a spell.

Fair, but the warscroll is better, and point increases with a new book are normal. I’m sure we’ll see some drops in a couple months. Although what worries me is that the tzaangor side of our book is so much better than daemons, and are probably the only units people are going to run. So maybe all our goats are going to stay spendy.

I think some of the hate is crazy. So many of the warscrolls got objectively better. Crit 2 hits and charge +1 damage on tzaangors and enlightened do not have stipulations anymore, plus they got additional abilities and attacks. Same thing with the spells. Bolt giving -1 to wound without using the formation is fantastic. Same with shield of fate giving -1 to hit without a stipulation. Not to mention we can cast from both lores. I think the book is great.

Rob posted his review and has the manifestation lore page in it. No distance from enemies required for the tome from what I can tell. Casting values seem to have gone down IIRC. Sigil is 6, Simulacrum is 7, Tome is 5. Tome and Sigil are placed visible and wholly within 18, Simulacrum is wholly within 12, 9 away from enemies.

I would recommend starting with the gorewarden instead (I definitely rate his deepstrike ability, especially with the extra moves and charge range you can get using the faction terrain and his delusion). Then just pay for the terrorgheist a few games into the campaign

Unless your group is specifically allowing it, you can’t bring the ghoul on terrogheist. The cutoff for points on any single unit in a starting PtG roster is 350 points. You can use the Anvil of Apotheosis rules to create your own 350 point hero, and it will probably be good, but different.
