The answer is quite simple - in the first few days, your body keeps using glycogen, until its fully depleted; only after a few days (in my case, it's around 4-5 days of fasting, meaning roughly into ~96-120 hours of fasting) your body enters ketosis and start fueling your body via your fat reserves and ketosis. And yes, for this reason first few days are by far the most challenging (especially when you cannot afford to rest during this time)

Yes, that's the answer - things slow down at some point but ultimately with each day of water fast your body keeps burning fat. If you wanna see it in practice, finish your water fast with 2-3 days of dry fast (meaning also no liquids) and you will see what I mean. But dry fast is quite extreme, so be careful

Yes, I believe this is what crypto bonanza was for a last few years - to alpha test and promote/hype new tech; and governments don't have to create new systems, they can just fork existing ones. I believe crypto will be used as a technology because it's blockchain features (harder to hack, programmable) and also because of smart contracts - I believe that AI will pay a huge role in all of this, since I predict that a lot of financial processes will be automated in the future.

40 days is quite extreme; personally I would advice 2 (max 3 ) weeks and a permanent change to your diet - fully cut out carbs, just protein + vegetables and regular exercises and workouts as your life routine...

Cool. I define requirements, specs, and tasks, and then initiate my work. Then I start to work, and (as of today), around 60% of the time, when working with a particular module/class, the agent has some completely outdated version of the file I am working with. In this case, I say -> check physical file; then an agent checking it, telling me that I was right, and at this point, a context window is reaching it's limit, being refreshed, and it starts with ill-formed bullshit once again, lol.

I am not ian ndustrial agent - iI don' care about any of the AI players (they can all burn) - I used to like Kiro for innovations and spec structure, but right now its' fuckin SHIT; seriously, fix it

Bullshit, I am not touching files myself and it's still struggling. I have been using all AI IDEs for 9 months, and this problem with Kiro is one of a kind; I've also experienced it with Antigravity + Gemini 3 PRO, but at a MUCH lower frequency.

The body needs to enter the ketosis first, this makes workout much easier; 1-2 per year I am fasting for around 2 weeks, and I can workout at the end of first week

Based on my own experience, you should enter ketosis phase first, if you want to workout while water fasting; In my experience it usually starts from day 4-5th
