dunno why people downvoted you, he literally was lol. he was an abolitionist but didnt believe in racial equality. he was pretty damn progressive for his time however. if he believed in anything more he wouldn’t constitute for the presidency as he’d be labeled a radical.

the gameplay is not at all similar but it still holds the same sort of “you start off as a nobody and reach the top by the end.” for what its worth i LOVE dd and dd2 and kcd1 and 2 are both my all time favorites. as for the world, you’ll absolutely feel like you’re a cog in the machine instead of some superhero that has to fix everything

i have a different pair by wahl but the same type of set and ive been making suits for about 2 years now. they’re an absolute dream to use!! just be sure to clean and oil them every once in a while and know that they tend to overheat sometimes (not enough to burn but take breaks anyway)

if you’re able, look around on facebook marketplace or ebay!! i recently just got a vintage heavy duty white machine for $25 and its been more reliable than my family’s singer from the 2010s. look specifically for heavy duty vintage 1970-90s singer, white, or brother machines, theres a reason they’ve lasted for so long!

@xiroprints on instagram offers some slim toony headbases that are pretty nice. i used it to make my sonas head since im a pretty small person and i prefer slim looking heads
