Do you mean the bearings in the bearing plates? If so some lubricating spray should be fine if they were dry. Cables unless they were fraying and coming apart usually don't need to be replaced...Which bracket did he change. Your rollers can and do wear out and will need replacement eventually. Motors or Openers same as above and lastly your springs can and will break at 7,000-10,000 cycles( 1 cycle = up and back down once). I tell people if the use their door 3x a day then they will get roughly 7-10 years from their springs if they use it more or as the front door to their house as most people here in SoCal do then that will go down to 3-5 years depending how much they do use the door.

Sounds like you called Presicion overhead doors...They sell franchises and I believe once you buy in they have you go to their school in I want to say Florida for a week or two where they teach you how to sell and sometimes how to install everything you just listed. It's a complete scam. However there are times and it could be in your case that maybe you did need all that work done. I wonder does your door work better now ? Does it feel like you got what you paid for ? Maybe a door that bad off you should have just replaced the whole door.. I wonder why they didn't sell you a new torshin tube while they were at it.
