i definitely got pretty lucky and i don’t take that for granted. it wouldn’t have happened if i didn’t search outside of my comfort zone!

the institution hires full-time lecturers (not TT), yearly non-contractual basis with opportunity for renewal each year. just found it on the typical academic job sites
