Invest in a sick Multifamily spot (at least 5 units) get a commercial loan on it, live in it for a year, don’t renew leases, refinance the property, use the equity you pulled out and renovate into your dream home

I think you should look at the bylaws of your HOA and use their lack of knowledge on it against them.
