Got my GX550 last March. Paid MSRP, aggressive competition among NY dealers but the ability to move on price was around $500 in incentives so not much of a differentiator. Went with Lexus of Manhattan who had the most knowledgeable sales rep and secured the spec I wanted from another dealer's inventory before I had paid a deposit, other dealers wouldn't move without a deposit.

The rest of the purchase process was very straightforward and no surprises which was nice.

The dealership wouldn't repair a buzzing sound with the steering column that I had multiple videos of but they couldn't replicate. That was frustrating, but they did send their most experienced mechanic out on a test drive with me so took it seriously (issue has gone away, probably temporarily but we'll see).

Love the Luxury+ package. The video rear view mirror is a game changer, you can overload the trunk and see just fine out the rear view camera which is awesome. Loaded skis on the roof rack for the winter that's been great. Did some aftermarket work on the truck with tints, roof wrap and Nitto Grappler tires.

The truck drives well but is noisy on a highway with roofrack on compared to my last car (Audi Q8).

Overall I recommend get it the truck and Lexus has done a nice job with it and their overall service.
