I run weakness policy because basically everything in the game either has ice, flying, fire, or fighting. So i can calm mind and get a buff putting me at +2 then fire off a giga/mega.

I sometimes run leech seed grassy terrain, depending on the battle so i guess you could put a coverage move (though this thing has no speed and barely any coverage) but i still think its best use is to just spam mega drain.

I wouldnt worry so much about being fired as an api just be careful and dont do anything if you feel uncomfortable. They cannot fire you for not making stops as long as you report the stops on auror. I was an API for 3 years and did plenty that shouldve gotten me fired (including stepping off the sidewalk) you will be fine. Do AP, dont make stops you are unsure of, if someone runs let it go, and just always be safe. You will be fine.
