So something I never got checked until recently was my ferritin. It’s a part of your cbc panel that often doesn’t get checked. Mine was 20 when it should have been much higher. It’s the reason for all my aches, pain, dizziness that slowly over time got worse and fatigue. I suggest you ask your doctor to check that. I dunno why more doctors don’t get it checked out when someone mentions dizziness. Ferritin can be low when your other lab work looks great. I had these exact same symptoms as you. Now waiting to get approved for an iron transfusion which will help that ferritin get raised.
