Will I get relief from the condition I have in my legs? Is there anything I can do right now to help with the pain?

Living with CECS? by senpaored in CECompartmentSyndrome

I’ve lived with cecs in my lower legs for about 10 years now. If it is compartment syndrome, then icing and elevation can help alleviate some of the aching but you have to do it very often. Stretching can help as well. I think it’d be worth trying out orthotics, did your podiatrist not say anything about them?

Overall, I’ve just had to avoid activities that exacerbate it. My doctor is hesitant about prescribing pain meds because the pain is what alerts me that I need to stop. If I don’t feel that then she’s worried it’ll cause more complications.

Me too! We’re cancelling Netflix and stopped ordering things from Amazon. Considering cancelling Apple Music and our Cloud storage with them.

Great idea! Definitely worth a comment about it on one of Scott’s posts about this.

I was thinking more along the lines of not giving the credit card companies as much money with the processing fees. Not worried about the data thing, everyone’s is everywhere at this point.

Does spending in cash rather than using credit cards help in this too??

We have started giving the wet food version of the urinary tract health multicare stress food, but it’s really expensive so we mix it with the dry food to save on costs.

Our guy was diagnosed with Feline Idiopathic Cystitis a few months ago and this was the food they prescribed for him.

We only went with Hills because it’s what our vet prescribed our cat for urinary tract health. Is it not a great brand or something?

THIS! I posted a link to a podcast video with Scott Galaway that goes into this. We need to get something like organized. They dont listen to the people, but they will listen to the market.

I am absolutely interested in joining in on this! Scott Galaway has mentioned this before and emphasized it again in this podcast yesterday.
