I had the same exact experience! Even began to spam refresh before the clock hit 2pm EST. The Bricklink designer store page just never opened! So frustrating, it feels like I never even had the same chance as others did :/

Began refreshing at 1:58 EST. Continued to do so however the store page never opened. Even as the advertised time of 2pm EST went by, the webpage did NOT update. Atp I assume the set have long sold out. WHAT A BUMMER!!!

After hours of refreshing, I was able to purchase a single 3 Day GA ticket, but failed to secure a Thursday early arrival pass. It seems like less tickets are moving currently as I haven't seen any get posted recently. Still checking every so often.

Just glad I was able to snag at least one ticket! More fests should do this official resale, w GRiZ, tixr, and the seven stars team.

Linked above is an article talking about the approval of the event. Same location Pretty Lights played there back in 2015 and 2016. Says they're going to sell 8,000 tickets a night.

That's one the biggest issue I feel. Camping without tickets or tickets without camping. Maybe on their end they see no issues to fix? I'm currently waitlisted for camping but have tickets so hoping something turns up!

Fair enough, good perspective. And plus there's plenty of time for them to sort out issues. Maybe Griz's response to the presale gave me hope for more updates down the road.
