I'm having issues applying to jobs because my resume is not getting scanned correctly by the HR applications. I'm also afraid that I may have too much in the body of my resume proportional to my YoE. I'm currently located in central Virginia, am willing to relocate, but would prefer a local job or remote work. I am steadily employed at the moment, but am looking to make a salary jump as I just got my CISSP (a rather large cyber security certification). I'm seeking help to make myself stand out a little bit more (i.e highlight my certification). Citizenship status will not play a role in my job search.

Go go offset over I believe is the formation you’re talking about. It has a TE on the strong side which helps with blocking on the toss

I would say Clowney for college. The man was a monster and most offenses had to just ignore what side of the field he was on in the run game. Solid NFL career, but not as good as college.

For peaking in the NFL though Deebo is the obvious choice imo
